Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art (MoCTA)

Museum of Contemporary Tibetan Art is a non profit foundation. It is located in Emmen. It is one of the first museums in the world dedicated to contemporary Tibetan art. Opened on June 2017, in the Rensenpark, it was founded by Tibetan Buddhist monk/Artist Lama Tashi Norbu alongside with Artist Leela Eleni Skitsa. MoCTA is a Cultural Bridge connecting Eastern (by the Tibetan art) with the Western art forms. It Protects and promotes Tibetan heritage. The Musuem exhibition deals with tibetan objects and unique Art pieces of Tibetans in Exile and Tibetans from Lhasa, Tibet. It promotes Dalai Lama's moral comittments in life. But it promotes Tibet too: its culture, its voice, its cause. You can visit us at info@mocta.org
